My thanks to Tom Peters, the webmaster for UFL, for setting up this UFL blog for us.
I would like to invite the members of the Board of Directors of UFL to contribute their thoughts on timely topics.

As a start, I would like to suggest that we post here any particularly good articles or resources that we have seen on the FOCA question.
